Federer sells Quesos de Montana Yanayacu, different meat and meat products. Sausages, meat, pinchos(resemble shish kebab or shashlik in Russian) can be prepared on the grill (parillada) at your request and served with boiled baby potatoes, tomatoes, and lettuce.
Every table has a bottle of Federer's heavenly sauce.

About panceta salada - it is a kind of bacon, only much, much better. In Russia it was called vyalenoe salo s myasom.
